The company sees big opportunities in operational teams which have so far still relied on manual notes or short messages scattered across many channels. With automatic summaries, meeting follow-up is expected to be faster and not dependent on one person taking notes.
If initial adoption goes well, the company plans to add morning briefing summary mode and shift change reports. Derived features like this are considered more relevant to the domestic market than full-length transcription tools.
